Walt Disney's former studio chief Jeffrey Katzenberg has sued the company for breach of contract, claiming Disney refused to pay him more than $250 million for his work from 1984-1994. Katzenberg claims his contract with Disney included a termination clause guaranteeing him 2 percent of the gross receipts from the movies and television shows that he was responsible for.
